Back to AdluxWebsite and booking privacy
Updated October 9, 2026
This notice explains how Adlux Media, operated by LXM DIGITAL GROUP LLC, uses information to arrange your demo and, when you allow it, measure our website and advertising.
What we collect
When you book, we collect your name, email address, appointment time and selected time zone, plus a mobile number if you provide one. We keep booking status, appointment changes and records of appointment emails. If you reply to us, we receive the information in your reply.
How we use your information
We use these details to reserve your appointment, create a Google Calendar invitation and Google Meet link, send your confirmation and email reminders, prepare for the demo and respond to booking questions or change requests. We also use booking records and technical safeguards to prevent duplicate appointments and limit misuse of the booking form.
Providing a mobile number is optional. You can leave it blank and book with email only. If you provide one, your agreement to appointment texts is given when you submit the booking with the disclosure shown beside Confirm my demo.
Optional appointment text messages
Providing a mobile number is optional; leave it blank to book and receive your invitation and reminders by email only. If you provide a mobile number, by clicking Confirm my demo you agree to receive automated Adlux Media confirmation and reminder texts about that appointment at that number. Message and data rates may apply. Calendar invitations and email reminders also continue; if text delivery is temporarily unavailable, your booking still proceeds by email.
When you provide a mobile number and submit your booking agreement, we use that number to send confirmation and reminders for the Adlux demo you book, and to handle your replies. We keep your consent, the date and time you agreed, the booking-submit method, the version of the consent notice, message status and opt-out records. We do not enroll earlier bookings merely because they contain a phone number. We use Textbelt and telecommunications providers to deliver messages and receive replies. Cloudflare securely passes replies received by our website to Google. Google processes the booking and consent records, and email alerts of replies, for our team to handle your appointment.
We do not sell, rent or share SMS consent or opt-in records with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Access to those records is limited to our team and service providers helping us operate this appointment program. Agreeing to appointment texts does not authorize other businesses to market to you and is separate from your website measurement choices. The advertising measurement section below explains the separate use of hashed contact information when measurement is on.
Once you have enrolled, reply STOP to stop appointment texts, or HELP for assistance. You can also contact contact@adluxmedia.com. Stopping texts does not cancel your appointment. See our Demo SMS terms of service for message frequency, charges and appointment-change information.
Who can access it
The Adlux team handling your demo can access your booking details. Your calendar invitation includes your email address and the Adlux representative attending the meeting; appointment details are shared with those participants. Google processes booking information through Google Apps Script, Google Calendar, Google Meet and email services to provide scheduling and communications.
We do not sell your demo contact details to other call providers or insurance agencies. When advertising measurement is on, we share limited event and matching information with Meta as described below.
Website and advertising measurement
If your device is set to a United States time zone, Meta advertising measurement is on by default, and you can opt out at any time from our measurement notice or the privacy choices link on our pages. Outside the United States, we do not load the Meta Pixel or store advertising attribution until you allow measurement. Booking works either way. We treat a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal as a request to opt out, so measurement stays off unless you turn it on. Microsoft Clarity session recordings are never on by default; they start only if you accept them.
When measurement is on, we measure page and section views, testimonial playback, booking steps and confirmed appointments. We may store a random visitor identifier, Meta browser and ad-click identifiers, and campaign, ad and placement identifiers. We keep the first visit and most recent attributed source, together with a random visitor identifier, for up to 30 days in your browser. The session identifier lasts up to 24 hours in the current tab, and your privacy choice is remembered for up to 180 days. Our custom attribution records keep only approved campaign fields, the landing page path and the referring website's hostname, rather than arbitrary URL parameters or the contents of form fields.
The Meta Pixel sends events directly to Meta and may use ordinary browser and request information, including page and referral information, cookies and the network address of your connection. For a confirmed booking, our booking system can also send the event through Meta's Conversions API. To help match a booking to an ad interaction, we may send your normalized email address and a random visitor identifier after hashing them. For earlier bookings made without text-message enrollment, a valid phone number may also be used in hashed form. Phone numbers enrolled in demo texts are excluded from Meta matching. Hashing is a security measure; it does not make this information anonymous. We do not send your meeting link, appointment notes, form keystrokes, insurance-consumer information or the content of your messages as advertising events.
We use this measurement to understand which ads and website steps lead to appointments and, when recorded by our team, qualified enquiries and attendance. These records help us assess advertising performance. Meta processes the information under its Privacy Policy.
To fix problems with our booking page, we also keep a record of each visit to it, without your name or contact details: which booking steps the visit reached and how long each took (for example, whether times loaded and which day and hour you picked), any error the page showed, the ad it came from, a rough device type and your device's time zone. It contains no cookies or browser or ad-click identifiers, isn't used for advertising, and is deleted after 30 days. It follows your measurement choice above: if you opt out, or you're outside the United States and haven't allowed measurement, it isn't recorded, and if you opt out during a visit we delete what was already recorded for it.
Optional session recordings and heatmaps
If you accept our updated measurement choice, Microsoft Clarity records how you interact with this website, including page navigation, clicks and scrolling, to help us find confusing steps, understand drop-offs and improve the site and our advertising. Clarity uses cookies and similar technology and receives technical information about your device, browser and connection. Adlux and Microsoft collect and use this information; Microsoft's handling and uses, including providing Microsoft Advertising, are explained in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. We request analytics storage and deny advertising storage through Clarity's consent settings; we have not connected a Microsoft Advertising integration. These settings do not replace Microsoft's privacy terms.
We mask booking and confirmation areas and do not send contact fields, typed text, booking identifiers or meeting links as Clarity custom events. Clarity is not installed inside the separate Google booking form, so recordings cannot show activity inside that frame. We receive only coarse booking-step events through our verified booking connection. The booking system still receives details you submit to arrange your appointment.
Existing consent to Meta measurement does not automatically permit recordings: we ask again for this expanded scope. Declining stops the recorder and clears accessible Clarity cookies without reloading your booking. If you opt in again on the same page, advertising measurement can resume immediately; recordings resume only after your next page load. Withdrawal does not remove recordings already received by Microsoft. See its privacy statement for privacy rights and retention information, or contact us for help.
You can return to Privacy choices to change your preference. Opting out, or declining after previously allowing, stops new measurement from this browser and clears its stored attribution and accessible Meta and Clarity cookies. If your just-completed booking is still open in the same booking session, we also request withdrawal of its unsent server events. Changing browser preferences does not recall information already sent, erase the appointment itself or automatically identify a booking from a previous session. Contact us if you want help with records we retain.
Keeping and updating your information
We keep booking information as needed to arrange meetings, handle follow-up and maintain our business records. You can contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your booking information. Some records may need to be retained to resolve an outstanding matter or meet applicable obligations.
To ask about your appointment or request a change, reply to your confirmation email or contact contact@adluxmedia.com.
