Demo SMS terms of service

Adlux Demo Reminders is an optional appointment messaging program from Adlux Media, operated by LXM DIGITAL GROUP LLC.

If you provide a mobile number, submitting the booking form includes your agreement to appointment confirmation and reminder texts. The agreement is shown beside Confirm my demo. You can leave the mobile number blank to book by email only. Calendar invitations and email reminders continue as well; if texts are temporarily unavailable, your booking still proceeds by email.

What you receive

When you provide a mobile number and submit your booking after reviewing the appointment-text agreement, we send texts about the Adlux demo you booked. These may include a booking confirmation, a reminder the day before and a reminder shortly before the demo. Your Google Meet link is provided in your confirmation email and calendar invitation. Short-notice bookings may receive fewer reminders. Message frequency varies with your appointments and replies.

Booking agreement and charges

The mobile number field is optional. Leave it blank to book and receive your invitation and reminders by email only. If you provide a mobile number, by clicking Confirm my demo with the appointment-text disclosure shown you agree to automated Adlux Media confirmation and reminder texts about that appointment at the number provided. Text messages support eligible US mobile numbers. Providing a phone number by itself is not consent, and you must control the mobile number you enroll. We record your booking-submit agreement and do not enroll earlier bookings merely because they contain a phone number. This agreement covers appointment messages only, not promotional text campaigns. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan.

Stop texts or get help

Once you have enrolled, reply STOP to stop the text program. Reply HELP for assistance, or email contact@adluxmedia.com. Stopping texts does not cancel your appointment. A provider or carrier may send an opt-out confirmation.

STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE and OPTOUT are treated as requests to stop texts. CANCEL is an SMS opt-out keyword; it does not cancel your calendar event. If you later want to resume texts, reply START or UNSTOP. Resuming does not replay missed reminders, and the original booking consent and appointment still need to be valid.

Appointment changes

We reserve this time specifically for you and don't normally reschedule demos. Please make sure you can attend.

If something unavoidable comes up, reply to your appointment text: 1 confirms you'll attend, 2 cancels the appointment, and 3 asks us for a different time. Replying 2 cancels your calendar event and notifies the other invitees. Replying 3 doesn't move your appointment; our team will follow up, and another appointment isn't guaranteed. You can also email contact@adluxmedia.com as soon as possible.

Delivery

Delivery and reminder timing depend on network and service availability. Messages may be delayed or undelivered, and wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Keep your calendar invitation so you can join even if a text reminder does not arrive.
