Take calls

Choose ready call types and switch new calls on or off. Your selected delivery phone receives the call.

Call history

Find calls by their details, review the record and return to notes without relying on memory or a separate list.

Recordings

Listen to available call recordings inside the account. Review your opening, qualification and next steps.

Results dashboard

See call activity alongside the application, policy and premium outcomes you have recorded.

Wallet history

Review money added and call charges. A call record and its source help explain where your balance went.

Delivery preferences

Keep your receiving number, licensed states, call types and hours aligned with how you work.

Track outcomes, not just conversations.

A completed call and an issued policy are different things. The Adlux dashboard brings call activity together with the sales outcomes you save, so you can review what happened after the phone rang.

Record applications separately from issued policies. Add the annual premium when relevant, and revisit records as the outcome develops. Your reports can only reflect the information you actually enter; the portal does not verify a carrier’s policy status on your behalf.

Annual premium is the policy premium recorded for a year. It is not your commission, take-home pay or profit. When you assess your results, also consider your carrier terms, policy retention, chargebacks, time and other business costs.

A practical routine for your next working day.

  1. Before you switch on

Confirm your receiving phone and available sources. Check the wallet and your hours, then turn on only when you can answer.

  2. During the call

Focus on the caller. Use notes to capture the details you need, without treating a long call as proof of a sale.

  3. After the call

Save the outcome and follow-up. If the record needs review, open the specific call when contacting support.

  4. When you finish

Switch new calls off, review any outstanding follow-ups and update the outcomes you now know.

Built around the Adlux inbound call service.

This portal is the workspace for agents receiving calls through Adlux. It is not presented as a replacement for your carrier systems, your complete CRM, or a general-purpose attribution product for every advertising account. Your insurance quoting, application submission and policy servicing remain with the tools and providers you use for those jobs.

If you are comparing call tracking software, start by deciding whether you need software to measure calls you generate, or an inbound call service with a workspace to manage the calls you buy. Those are different requirements.

Questions about the workspace.

Is it free to create an account?

Yes. Signup is free. Funding your wallet is a separate step for paid billable calls; the current minimum top-up is $225.

Can I use it from my phone?

The portal adapts to mobile screens. You can review your account and records in your browser, while calls ring the delivery phone number in your settings.

Does the dashboard know when my carrier issues a policy?

The sales and premium figures use the outcomes you record. Keep them updated when an application becomes an issued policy or the situation changes.

Can I listen to recordings from the portal?

Yes, where a recording is available for that call and your account has access. The recording is connected to the call record rather than a separate folder of unlabelled audio.
