A few basics make setup easier.

Your agent details

Have your name, email, mobile number and the states where you are licensed ready.

Your receiving number

Decide which phone should ring for inbound calls. It can be different from your account mobile.

Your working hours

Choose hours when you can take a new call and give the caller your attention.

From a free account to taking calls.

  1. Create your account.

Start with free signup. Confirm your email and mobile, then follow Getting started inside your portal. These checks protect access to your account and its messages.

  2. Add your call delivery details.

Select the states where you are licensed, enter the phone number that should receive calls and set your hours. Double-check the receiving number before you save. Your account phone and receiving phone do not have to match.

  3. Choose the calls you want.

Pick Meta, YouTube, Connected TV or a combination. You can review the price of each source in your wallet and update your preferences later. You do not have to buy every type.

  4. Add money to your wallet.

The minimum top-up is $225. Enter an amount or use Pick a number of calls to estimate your starting budget. Review the total, continue to Stripe checkout and return to the wallet after payment.

  5. Let us check your setup.

Once funded, your requested call types go through account setup. Our team reviews delivery and source readiness. Funding alone does not mean every requested source is live; check its status in Call types.

  6. Switch on when you are ready.

When a source is marked ready, open Take calls, select the available call types you want and turn calls on. Keep your receiving phone nearby. Switch off when you cannot take new calls.

  7. Save what happened.

Add notes during or after the conversation and record the outcome. Use Call history to review the record, play available recordings, update notes or ask for help with a specific call.

Funding and setup are separate steps.

Your wallet is a shared balance for billable calls. Selecting call types tells us what delivery you want; topping up provides the balance to pay for those calls. After your setup is checked, you control when eligible new calls can reach you.

The first 10 billable calls of each source use intro pricing: Meta $45, YouTube $55 and Connected TV $70. Standard prices are $50, $60 and $75 respectively. A source’s intro allowance is separate from the other sources, even when you use a mix.

Keep the next step with the conversation.

Notes and outcomes

Save the useful details while they are fresh. Keep application and policy outcomes separate so your own reporting stays meaningful.

Review the recording

Use the call record to listen again where a recording is available. Recordings help you review the conversation and decide what to improve.

Help with the right call

Choose the specific call when contacting support or reporting a problem. That gives our team a clear record to review.

When something changes.

Can I change my delivery phone later?

Yes. Update your delivery preferences and save them. Check the saved number and any setup status shown before switching calls back on.

Do I need special equipment?

You need a phone that can receive calls and access to your account in a supported browser. The current delivery flow rings your selected phone number; do not assume every call arrives as browser audio.

What if I am not ready immediately after paying?

Leave calls off. You can review the guides and your settings while setup is checked. Switch on only when the account shows the source is ready and you are available.

What if I get stuck?

Use Support in your account or email [email protected]. If the issue relates to a call, include the call record rather than just a caller’s first name.
