Repair and urgent needs
Match response capacity.
Describe which repairs your team handles and when a person can answer. Do not advertise emergency or around-the-clock service unless that business can actually provide it.
Home services
Adlux arranges inbound call campaigns for repairs and planned projects. Start with your trade, service area and real appointment capacity.
For agents, agencies and businesses buying inbound calls.
A homeowner with a broken air conditioner needs a different response from someone planning a roof replacement. A home services call brief should begin with the trade, the service area and the work the business actually wants.
Adlux works with your business to arrange the campaign. That operating detail makes the program specific to your team instead of a broad request for contractor leads.
Repair and urgent needs
Describe which repairs your team handles and when a person can answer. Do not advertise emergency or around-the-clock service unless that business can actually provide it.
Replacement and projects
For roofing, HVAC replacement, windows or renovation inquiries, agree the kinds of projects and areas your estimating team can serve.
Recurring services
Pest control, cleaning and other recurring work may need a different intake. Define what the initial visit involves before making advertising claims.
A home services brief can cover plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, windows, bathrooms, flooring, solar, landscaping or pest control. Keep each trade and job type explicit so the advertising and intake fit the work your business provides.
A useful call in the wrong postcode is still the wrong call for a local business. Share a maintained service-area list and a process for temporary capacity changes. Decide whether the address must be checked before a call reaches the team or during intake.
Availability should reflect real staffing. If a dispatcher can answer but technicians cannot take work for two weeks, the caller’s expectations need to match that reality.
| Agree in advance | Operational question |
|---|---|
| Trade and work type | Which repairs, installations or recurring jobs are included? |
| Location | Which postcodes, cities or radius are serviceable? |
| Hours and urgency | When will someone answer, and which requests need immediate attention? |
| Job fit | Are there property, access or job-size limitations intake must identify? |
| Booking handoff | Can intake book a visit, or does an estimator need to call back? |
Call volume alone does not show whether a local program works. Track the steps from answered call to appointment, completed visit and paid job. Keep cancellations and no-shows visible.
Job revenue is not profit. Use your own job costs and fulfillment data when judging whether a source is sustainable, and avoid comparing two providers with different service areas or job mixes.
We arrange sourcing, qualification and commercial terms for your home services campaign before launch. Its price and billing rules are agreed separately from final expense calls.
Hear from agents using our final expense service. These stories show their experience with Adlux. The campaign for your industry is scoped and arranged separately with our team.
Book a conversation with Adlux about your trade, service area and capacity. Our team arranges home services campaigns directly with the business; final expense also has a separate self-service portal.
Service-area requirements should be part of the proposed offer. Confirm the supported geography and how it is checked before committing.
No. A call, appointment and paid job are separate outcomes. The service provider’s intake, availability and fulfillment affect what happens next.
Only with clear expectations and routing. Different urgency and staffing needs often require separate intake rules.
