Legal intake

Legal intake starts with the right matter.

Adlux arranges legal intake campaigns around your firm’s practice area, jurisdiction and intake handoff. Give prospective callers a clear next step.

For agents, agencies and businesses buying inbound calls.

A legal inquiry needs a defined intake process.

A personal injury inquiry, a family-law question and a request for help with immigration are not interchangeable. An intake campaign needs a named practice area, serviceable jurisdiction and a clear description of the next step.

Our team works with your firm to arrange the sourcing and delivery. The contact model and commercial arrangement must match your firm’s approved process.

Specify the matter you can review.

Practice area

One brief per type of matter.

Name the practice area and the broad requests your firm will consider. Do not present a general legal-help call as a qualified case.

Jurisdiction

Know the geographic limits.

Tell us the locations and jurisdictions your intake team can evaluate. The caller’s location alone may not settle whether the matter fits.

Intake ownership

A clear next step.

Decide who handles the first conversation, what can be recorded and when a lawyer reviews the inquiry. Keep advertising separate from legal advice.

Possible briefs include personal injury, mass tort intake, family law, immigration, bankruptcy, criminal defense, estate planning and disability matters. Each needs its own defined request and firm review; they should not share a generic promise of legal help.

Keep the first handoff useful and proportionate.

Agree a short intake outline with your firm. It should establish the reason for calling and enough context to route the inquiry, without making legal assessments or requesting unnecessary sensitive facts in ad forms.

The receiving firm needs its own process for conflicts, engagement decisions, urgent deadlines and matters outside scope. A marketing source cannot resolve those responsibilities by calling an inquiry “qualified.”

Campaign questionWhat the firm should define
Matter scopeIncluded practice area and clearly excluded requests.
GeographyJurisdiction and serviceable locations for review.
Caller expectationWhether this is an intake conversation, consultation request or another stated next step.
Contact modelWho initiates the call and whether a screening or transfer step occurs.
Commercial arrangementThe permitted arrangement and terms the firm has reviewed before launch.

Keep inquiries, consultations and retained matters separate.

A long intake call does not show that a firm accepted a matter. Review answered inquiries, appointments, completed consultations and retained matters as distinct stages. Use only the outcome information appropriate for your reporting process.

Do not place privileged case details or unnecessary personal information in marketing reports. Operational reasons such as wrong practice area, outside jurisdiction or follow-up needed can be enough to improve routing.

Prepare a firm-approved intake brief.

The legal campaign and commercial arrangement are confirmed with your firm before funding or launch. A call does not promise case value or a signed matter. Adlux provides marketing and call delivery, not legal advice.

Legal call program questions.

How do I arrange a legal intake campaign?

Contact Adlux with your firm’s practice area, jurisdiction and intake requirements. Our team arranges the campaign with you after the scope and commercial model have been reviewed.

Does qualification mean a valid legal claim?

No. Marketing intake cannot establish the merits of a matter, a conflict check or whether an attorney-client relationship exists.

Can any practice area use the same campaign?

It should not be assumed. Each practice area needs its own scope, wording, geographic rules and intake process.

Are final expense agent stories legal campaign results?

No. The linked stories are explicitly about final expense. They do not substantiate performance for law firms or legal programs.
