A viewer chooses to call about coverage.
Connected TV refers here to advertising shown through streaming television. A viewer responds to the final expense message by choosing to call. Adlux then routes the inbound conversation to an agent whose account is ready to receive it.
The opportunity begins with a coverage inquiry. It is not an insurance application, an underwriting decision or a promise that the caller will buy. Start by confirming what the person is looking for and whether your products fit their needs.
TV is a different advertising environment from a Facebook, Instagram or YouTube response. That difference alone is not evidence that every call is better. Review the calls and outcomes you receive rather than treating a medium as a guaranteed close rate.
The TV buffer is 60 seconds.
Connected TV costs $70 per billable call for your first 10 TV calls, then $75 per call. The TV intro allowance is separate from your Meta and YouTube allowances.
The billing buffer is 60 seconds, compared with 90 seconds for Meta and YouTube. A TV call ending before 60 seconds is not charged. Understand that shorter window before selecting this source, so you can make an early, useful introduction and begin qualification promptly.
The minimum wallet top-up is $225. Used only for introductory TV calls, it covers three at $70 and leaves $15. Your first ten TV calls would cost $700 in total; the next uses the $75 rate. Calls are paid from available wallet credit, while your card is charged when you add money.
Get your receiving setup ready first.
Use the phone you intend to answer.
You can keep a personal mobile on the account for verification and use a different delivery number for customer calls. Check that the receiving phone is working.
Choose the states and hours you can serve.
Select Connected TV in your call types and set the licensed states and availability for the receiving agent. Your funded account’s setup is reviewed before calls are marked ready.
Control new calls from the portal.
Once TV is ready, switch calls on when you can answer. Switch off before becoming unavailable. An active conversation stays connected when you turn new calls off.
Selecting TV does not require a separate wallet. If you also choose Meta or YouTube, the same balance pays for those calls at their respective prices. The estimated call quantities are a budgeting tool, not a guaranteed mix or delivery volume.
Keep the record useful after the call.
Record the outcome and next step, then update it if an application progresses to an issued policy. Use call history to review details and recordings. If you believe a call did not meet the applicable terms, identify that exact record and explain the issue for review; a credit is not automatic.
A source comparison should consider what you paid and what happened afterward. Consider your time to answer and follow up as well. No call source guarantees a sale, income or call volume.
See the details before you decide.
