How a Meta call reaches you.

A person sees a final expense ad on Facebook or Instagram and chooses to call. Adlux routes the inbound call to an available agent through the delivery setup on their account. You answer, find out what the person needs and decide which coverage options you can offer.

You receive a conversation to handle, rather than a list of names and numbers to dial. There is no appointment between the ad response and your chance to speak. That makes being ready to answer important: the caller has chosen to speak now, but has not already agreed to buy a policy.

The ad source does not replace your own qualification. Confirm the caller’s needs, state and product fit, and follow your normal application process. A call is an opportunity, not a guaranteed sale.

A clear price and one flexible wallet.

Meta costs $45 per billable call for your first 10 Meta calls, then $50 per call. The count belongs to this source: using a YouTube or TV call does not use a Meta intro call.

The minimum wallet top-up is $225. At the Meta intro rate, that covers five billable calls if you use the balance only for Meta. Your first ten would cost $450 in total; the next Meta call uses the $50 standard rate.

A Meta call that ends before 90 seconds is not charged. Billable calls deduct from the wallet; your card is charged when you add money. The call terms and review process remain important—a reported problem is reviewed before a credit is approved.

Set the call up around your workday.

  1. Choose where calls ring.

Your account mobile is for verification and account messages. Add a separate delivery number if you want customer calls to ring somewhere else.

  2. Choose your licensed states and hours.

Select the states you can serve, your answer hours and Meta as a call type. Your funded account’s delivery setup is reviewed before it is ready.

  3. Switch on when you are ready.

Use Take calls to turn new calls on or off. Turning off does not end a conversation already in progress. Save its outcome and notes while the details are fresh.

If you also select YouTube or Connected TV, you keep one shared balance. Your money goes to whichever calls you select; each received billable call uses its own source price. Picking a number of calls helps estimate a budget—it does not create a separate, reserved balance for every source.

Choose a source for the way you work.

Meta

Facebook and Instagram ad responses. A $45 intro price and 90-second buffer.

YouTube

Video-ad responses. A $55 intro price and the same 90-second buffer.

Connected TV

Streaming-television ad responses. A $70 intro price and a 60-second buffer.

Compare the cost of qualified conversations and the outcomes you actually record. A lower call price alone does not tell you the cost of acquiring a customer. Likewise, a different medium does not guarantee a higher close rate.

See the details before you decide.
