Health insurance

Health insurance calls need a clear product fit.

Bring us your products, licensed states and team capacity. Adlux will arrange a health insurance call campaign around your market and intake requirements.

For agents, agencies and businesses buying inbound calls.

Health insurance requires its own call brief.

A person asking about Medicare, an individual health plan or employer coverage may need a different conversation. A useful campaign brief identifies which of those requests your team can handle before advertising or routing begins.

Adlux works with your team to arrange health insurance calls. Start with the products you handle and the intake requirements, then agree sourcing, delivery and commercial terms for that brief.

Separate the coverage questions first.

Medicare

Define the request.

Tell us whether your team handles Medicare Advantage, prescription drug plans, Medicare Supplement or another permitted request. Do not treat these as interchangeable call types.

Individual coverage

Name the market.

Identify Marketplace or off-Marketplace individual coverage, the states you serve and the situations your team can discuss. Do not describe every health inquiry as an ACA lead.

Team fit

Plan the handoff.

Explain which licensed team takes the call, the hours they are available, and what should happen if the caller needs a product they do not handle.

For dental, vision, supplemental health or group coverage, specify the product and buyer rather than grouping every request under health insurance. Employer benefit inquiries and individual consumers need different intake and follow-up.

What a useful health call setup would need.

Product fit comes before volume. Agree the caller’s reason for calling, which geographic details matter to your team, and what information the agent must establish themselves. Keep sensitive medical or financial details out of general routing notes.

Enrollment windows and eligibility vary by product and situation. The campaign brief should say how those questions will be handled by your licensed team, rather than promise that every caller can enroll.

Before launchWhat to agree
GeographyServiceable states and any narrower areas your team needs to evaluate.
Product languageApproved ad wording, the product being discussed and what a caller should expect.
Team availabilityAgent coverage, concurrent call limits and a plan for calls outside agreed hours.
QualificationWhat the source checks, what remains unverified and which checks happen with the agent.
Commercial termsThe billing event, any duration buffer and documented dispute reasons for that offer.

Measure a conversation through to its outcome.

A connected call is an operational event. An application and an active policy are later outcomes. Report them separately so a long call is not mistaken for a completed enrollment.

When comparing suppliers, ask for the reporting period, the denominator and how a completed outcome is verified. Your own product and state mix can matter more than a headline close rate.

Bring these details to the conversation.

Health insurance call questions.

How do I start a Medicare or ACA call campaign?

Book a campaign conversation with Adlux. We arrange health insurance programs directly with the buyer and confirm the product, licensed states, delivery, price and launch requirements before funding.

Are health calls the same as final expense calls?

No. Final expense is life insurance. Health insurance needs a separate product definition, approved marketing and delivery arrangement.

Does a call mean the person is eligible to enroll?

No. A call alone does not establish eligibility, a valid enrollment period or suitability. Those questions belong in the licensed agent’s process.

Can I see the platform first?

Yes. You can explore the current final expense workflow or book a conversation. Health campaigns are arranged with our team, while the current self-service portal journey is for final expense.
