Medicare inbound calls.
Built around your team.

Give each Medicare inquiry a clear destination. We work with your agency to define the product, receiving team and campaign terms before calls begin.

A Medicare campaign needs a specific brief.

A person asking about Medicare Advantage may need a different conversation from someone reviewing a standalone drug plan or Medicare Supplement coverage. Start by naming the product your team handles instead of using Medicare as a catch-all label.

Adlux arranges Medicare campaigns directly with agents and agencies. You can create a free account and discuss the sourcing, delivery and commercial requirements with our team. The final-expense sources currently available in the self-service portal are a separate program, with their own setup and terms.

Separate the product and the next step.

Medicare Advantage

Identify the request.

Tell us which plan types and service areas your team can discuss. Agree how an inquiry reaches an appropriately prepared agent, without implying that one plan fits every caller.

Prescription drug plans

Keep the workflow clear.

If standalone Part D inquiries are in scope, name them in the brief. Avoid treating every prescription question as the same conversation as a Medicare Advantage inquiry.

Medicare Supplement

Use its own requirements.

Include Medigap only when your team handles it. Its coverage role and enrollment considerations differ, so do not reuse a Medicare Advantage campaign brief without review.

Confirm the team is ready for the campaign.

CMS describes licensing, annual training and testing, and Medicare marketing requirements for agents and brokers working with Medicare health and drug plans. Your agency should confirm the current requirements and any applicable plan or carrier arrangements before receiving the campaign.

The timing and type of a coverage change depend on the person’s circumstances and the product involved. Have the receiving agent establish the relevant enrollment situation; do not treat a connected call or a general campaign label as proof that a person can enroll.

Agree the delivery and review process.

A useful launch brief connects the advertised request to the person answering. Decide what happens when a caller needs a product outside the agreed scope, an agent is busy or the call arrives outside the staffed schedule.

Campaign detailWhat to confirm
Product and territoryList the covered requests, licensed states, applicable service areas and any exclusions.
Receiving teamConfirm destination numbers, available agents, staffed hours and concurrent-call capacity.
Source evidenceAgree which advertising, source and call records are available and who reviews them.
Commercial termsRecord the agreed charge, billing event, funding arrangement and issue-resolution process.

Your compliance team should review the actual advertising, contact, transfer and recording workflow. Keep the approved version and any required changes connected to the campaign brief. A general compliance claim cannot replace a review of how the program operates.

Keep conversations and enrollments distinct.

Track connected and missed calls, the product discussed, the next step and later verified outcomes using consistent definitions. A completed conversation is different from a submitted enrollment, and a submission is different from a confirmed effective policy.

Use the call identifier when reporting a mismatch or requesting help so the team can review the right record. Keep unnecessary health, identity and application details out of general support notes; follow your agency’s process for sensitive information.

Medicare call questions.

How do I start a Medicare campaign with Adlux?

Create a free account or book a campaign discussion. Our team reviews your product scope, licensed markets, receiving capacity and the commercial arrangement before enabling the agreed delivery.

Are Medicare Advantage and Medigap calls interchangeable?

No. They are different product conversations. Tell us which requests your team handles and agree on screening and routing for each.

Do the final-expense prices and buffers apply?

No. The Medicare campaign needs its own written commercial terms. Prices and rules shown for final expense should not be assumed to apply to another product.

Does buying a call guarantee an enrollment?

No. The agent must assess the request and relevant circumstances. Measure your own confirmed outcomes rather than assuming every conversation becomes business.
