ACA Marketplace · For agents and agencies

ACA inbound calls.
A clearer path to your team.

Connect your licensed team with people calling about individual health coverage. We arrange the campaign with you, from the market brief to the receiving setup.

Free account creation. Campaign setup arranged with the Adlux team.

Start with the coverage conversation.

ACA Marketplace calls belong to an individual health insurance workflow. Keep them separate from Medicare, employer benefits and short-term products so the caller reaches a team prepared for the question they actually asked.

Adlux works with agents and agencies to arrange these campaigns directly. Create a free account or discuss your requirements with us; we confirm the market, sourcing, delivery and commercial terms before launch. The final-expense call types currently shown in the portal are a separate offer.

Define the request before increasing volume.

Coverage

Name the product.

Specify individual Marketplace coverage and any related requests your team accepts. Identify inquiries that should be redirected rather than combining every health conversation into one campaign.

Geography

Match the receiving team.

List your serviceable states and the agents assigned to them. Confirm any narrower geographic or product limits and who takes over when the primary agent is unavailable.

Capacity

Staff the hours you choose.

Agree on receiving hours, concurrent calls and a realistic starting level. A live inquiry needs someone available to answer; an unanswered call is not a useful first conversation.

Keep the enrollment question with the agent.

HealthCare.gov distinguishes the annual enrollment window from Special Enrollment Periods tied to qualifying circumstances. Your team needs a process for establishing the applicable enrollment situation; the caller’s interest alone does not answer that question.

For federally facilitated Marketplace work, CMS publishes annual agent and broker registration and training requirements. Confirm the requirements that apply to your team and market, including any state-based Marketplace process. Adlux account creation does not replace those checks.

Official references for your team: HealthCare.gov: Special Enrollment Period, CMS: Marketplace registration and training. Review the current materials and your campaign requirements before launch.

Make the handoff easy to follow.

Build one written brief the sourcing and receiving teams can both use. It should describe the caller’s expected conversation, the destination and how questions are reviewed afterward.

Campaign detailWhat to confirm
Source and messageAgree what the person sees before calling and which supporting source records can be reviewed.
RoutingConfirm the receiving number, staffed hours, state matching and the plan for unavailable agents.
QualificationSeparate any initial screening from eligibility and coverage questions handled by your licensed team.
Price and reviewRecord the agreed billing event, funding terms, issue-reporting process and evidence needed for a review.

Keep sensitive application, identity and health information in the appropriate systems used by your agency. General campaign notes should help identify the call and its next step without collecting more personal detail than needed.

Measure what happens after the connection.

Review answered calls, product fit and completed conversations separately from submitted applications and confirmed enrollments. Use the same reporting period and outcome definition when comparing sources, and allow time for pending results to become known.

Start with a manageable campaign, review the reasons for mismatches or missed calls, and adjust the brief with your team. A call is an opportunity for a conversation, not a promised enrollment or income result.

ACA call questions.

Can I use my Adlux account for an ACA campaign?

Yes. You can create a free account, and our team will arrange the ACA campaign with you. The self-service final-expense sources are separate; selecting one does not activate ACA delivery.

Are all health inquiries treated as ACA calls?

No. State the product and caller request in your brief. Medicare, employer coverage and other health products need their own receiving process.

What should I have ready for the first discussion?

Bring your licensed states, product scope, receiving number, staffed hours and proposed capacity. We will discuss source records, billing and reporting with you.

Does a live call mean someone can enroll?

No. Your licensed team must establish the relevant eligibility and enrollment circumstances through its normal process.
