What the video response means.
With this call type, the person responds to final expense advertising on YouTube and chooses to speak about coverage. Adlux delivers the inbound conversation through your account’s call setup. You are there to understand their situation and explain the options you can offer.
The source tells you where the response began. It does not mean the caller has watched a complete presentation, passed your underwriting questions or selected a policy. Begin with a clear introduction, establish why they called and use your own qualification process.
You do not need to dial through an aged contact list to start that conversation. You do need time to answer and follow through. The call record, recording and notes help you review what happened rather than relying on memory.
Understand the YouTube price before funding.
Your first 10 billable YouTube calls cost $55 each. Subsequent YouTube calls cost $60 each. Intro calls are counted separately from Meta and Connected TV, so a mixed selection does not combine their intro allowances.
You can add any permitted amount from the $225 minimum. If that balance is used only for introductory YouTube calls, four calls cost $220 and leave $5. Ten intro YouTube calls cost $550; the next call uses the $60 standard rate. The wallet needs enough available credit for the calls you receive.
YouTube has a 90-second billing buffer. Calls ending before that point are not charged. A billable call deducts its price from the wallet, and a call-quality report is reviewed under the applicable terms before any credit is approved.
A source choice inside the same account.

Answer when your setup is ready.
The portal shows source readiness. Once enabled, switch new calls on in Take calls when you are available, and off when you are not.
You can select YouTube on its own or alongside other sources. All selected sources use the same wallet. Choosing an estimated number of calls helps you plan the amount to add; it does not lock the money into a separate YouTube balance or reserve a delivery schedule.
Review quality after the conversation.
Save whether you reached a useful conversation, sent an application or issued a policy. Keep the premium figures you record separate from the amount spent on calls. Review recordings and outcomes together to understand what your team should improve.
When comparing YouTube with Meta or TV, compare like-for-like outcomes over time. The medium and call price are only part of the decision. Your answer availability, qualification and follow-up also matter; no source promises a particular number of calls or a sale.
See the details before you decide.
