Cost guide
The price per call is only half the answer. What makes a call billable, how much you need to start and how many calls become policies decide what you really pay. Here is each part, with published prices checked October 19, 2026.
Reviewed October 19, 2026 · Adlux Media
Published prices for final expense inbound calls start at $45 a call. Adlux charges $45 for each of your first 10 Meta calls, $55 for YouTube and $70 for Connected TV, then $50, $60 and $75. Final Expense TV charges $45 per connected call. Ringelo charges $60 per qualifying lead. AllCalls prices each call type separately in its portal.
Those numbers are not directly comparable, because each company charges for something slightly different. The next section explains why that matters more than the headline price.
Every provider has a rule for when a call starts costing you money. This rule changes your real cost more than a $5 difference in price.
| Provider | A call becomes billable when |
|---|---|
| Adlux | It reaches 90 seconds (Meta and YouTube) or 60 seconds (Connected TV). Shorter calls are free. |
| Final Expense TV | It connects. Its pricing page does not state a minimum length. |
| Ringelo | The caller meets three criteria: age 50 to 85, an active checking or savings account, and interest in final expense coverage. No minimum length. |
| AllCalls | It reaches 25 or 80 seconds on those lines. Raw calls have less filtering and the lowest price. |
A short buffer, or none, means you pay for more hang-ups and wrong numbers. A longer buffer means the caller stayed on the line long enough to talk about coverage before you pay.
| Source | First 10 calls | After that | Charged once the call reaches |
|---|---|---|---|
| Meta (Facebook and Instagram) | $45 each | $50 each | 90 seconds |
| YouTube | $55 each | $60 each | 90 seconds |
| Connected TV | $70 each | $75 each | 60 seconds |
Each caller goes to one agent only. The price comes out of your wallet when a call becomes billable.
With Adlux, signup is free and the smallest amount you can add to your wallet is $225. The most you can add at once is $5,000. At first-10 prices, $225 covers 5 Meta calls, 4 YouTube calls or 3 Connected TV calls, or a mix.
Final Expense TV sells packages, and the smallest is $450 for 10 calls. Other providers ask you to fund or prepay an account; check the minimum before you sign up.
These are billable calls at Adlux prices, using the first-10 price and then the regular price. Calls shorter than the buffer are free, so they do not use up your budget.
| Budget | Meta calls | YouTube calls | Connected TV calls |
|---|---|---|---|
| $225 | 5 | 4 | 3 |
| $500 | 11 | 9 | 7 |
| $1,000 | 21 | 17 | 14 |
You can also mix sources. Your money goes to whichever call types you select, and each billable call is paid from your wallet as it happens.
A price per inbound call pays for a conversation the caller started. A price per lead pays for a contact record, and you still have to reach the person. A price per transfer usually pays for a call that someone else started and then handed to you.
Each can make sense, but they are not the same product, so compare them by cost per policy rather than by the headline price.
The number that matters is what you spend for each policy you write. Divide the price per billable call by the share of billable calls that become a policy.
The table below is arithmetic, not a result anyone promises. It uses a $50 call to show how much your close rate changes the answer. Use your own numbers in the cost calculator.
| If this many billable calls become a policy | Your cost per policy |
|---|---|
| 1 in 5 | $250 |
| 1 in 8 | $400 |
| 1 in 10 | $500 |
| 1 in 15 | $750 |
Each provider’s facts come from its own website, checked October 19, 2026. Prices and terms can change, so confirm them before you buy.
With Adlux, your first 10 Meta calls are $45 each, YouTube $55 and Connected TV $70. After that they are $50, $60 and $75. Other providers publish $45 per connected call (Final Expense TV) or $60 per qualifying lead (Ringelo).
Not with Adlux. A Meta or YouTube call is charged only once it reaches 90 seconds, and a Connected TV call once it reaches 60 seconds.
Adlux signup is free. You add at least $225 to your wallet before calls start.
Adlux charges per billable call from your wallet. A top-up is credit for calls, not a monthly software subscription.
You pay for a conversation the caller started, not a contact record you still have to reach. Compare cost per policy, not cost per lead.
Use your own assumptions to estimate the call spend for your team.
