Provider guide

Final expense inbound call providers, compared.

Six companies that sell final expense inbound calls to licensed agents, and what each one publishes about price, billing and exclusivity. We are Adlux, so we list ourselves first and say so. Every other company’s facts come from its own website, checked October 19, 2026.

How we built this list.

We included companies that show up on the first page of Google for “final expense inbound calls” and have a public website that describes their offer.

For each one, we read only its own pages. Where a company does not publish something, we say “Not stated”. That does not mean they do not offer it. It means you should ask.

We do not rank by sales results. No provider on this list publishes verified close rates, and your results depend on your states, your hours, your carriers and how you handle the call.

1. Adlux: published prices and a 90-second buffer.

This is our service. Callers dial after a final expense ad on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or a streaming TV channel. Each caller goes to one agent only, and the call rings the phone number you choose.

Your first 10 Meta calls are $45 each, then $50. YouTube calls are $55, then $60. Connected TV calls are $70, then $75. A Meta or YouTube call is charged only once it reaches 90 seconds. A Connected TV call is charged at 60 seconds. Shorter calls are free.

Signup is free. You add at least $225 to your wallet, pick your call types, licensed states and hours, and our team sets up your calls within 1 business day. Recordings and call details are kept in your account. If a call is bad, report it. Our team checks every report, and you get a credit only if the review approves it.

Best for: Agents who want published prices, every caller to themselves, a low amount to start, and no charge for short calls.

2. Ringelo: priced by caller criteria.

Ringelo sells final expense calls from TV placements on a criteria campaign: $60 per qualifying lead. A caller qualifies at age 50 to 85, with an active checking or savings account and interest in final expense coverage. There is no minimum call length.

Ringelo says delivery is one-to-one to an agent or agency. It does not publish a cap or a state list and says to confirm both during onboarding. It also sells ACA Marketplace and Medicare Advantage calls.

Best for: Agents who prefer to pay for a qualified caller whatever the call length, with TV as the source.

3. Final Expense TV: a flat $45 per connected call.

Final Expense TV sells calls from TV and streaming ads at $45 per connected call, in packages: $450 for 10 calls, $900 for 20 and $1,800 for 40. It lists no setup fees, monthly minimums or long-term contracts.

Its pricing page does not state a minimum call length or whether each caller goes to one agent. You target your licensed states, and daily and weekly caps and hours scheduling are listed from the Growth package up.

Best for: Agents who want only TV and streaming callers at one flat rate, bought in fixed packages.

4. AllCalls: many call types on one platform.

AllCalls offers several lines with different billing points: raw calls with the lowest price and less filtering, 25-second and 80-second lines that become billable at that mark, TV inbound calls and AI-screened calls. Prices depend on the call type and are shown in their portal.

Exclusivity depends on the call type. AllCalls says most premium campaigns are one-to-one and that other products follow different rules. It also offers routing tools, downline management and a white-label option.

Best for: Teams that buy several lines, such as Medicare and Spanish calls, and want one platform for all of them.

5. Policy Printer: calls into a hosted dialer.

Policy Printer asks you to create an account and prepay for calls, then sets up a dedicated hosted dialer where consumer-initiated calls arrive. Its final expense page says certain calls go to a single agent. It also sells live transfers as a separate product.

We could not find a per-call price or billing rule on its public pages, so ask for both before you prepay, and confirm whether a quote is for an inbound call or a transfer.

Best for: Agents who want calls delivered into a managed dialer rather than to their own phone.

6. True Ring Leads: free signup, price on request.

True Ring Leads routes final expense and Medicare calls to your phone and offers a free agent account with no credit card required to sign up, plus a separate agency signup. Its portal includes a script, call logs and billing.

Its homepage does not publish a price, a billing rule, call sources or whether each caller goes to one agent. Get those in writing before you add money.

Best for: Agents who want final expense and Medicare calls from one provider and are happy to get pricing from their team.

How to choose.

  • Compare what you are charged for, not only the price. A $45 call with no minimum length and a $45 call charged after 90 seconds are different products.
  • Make sure each caller goes to you only. A caller who is also talking to another agent is harder to help.
  • Check the amount you need to start. Adlux starts at $225. Package sellers may start higher.
  • Pick sources you can handle. TV callers and social media callers can sound different on the phone.
  • Set hours when you can answer. Missed calls mean missed conversations.
  • Track applications and issued policies against what you spend, by source, from the first week.

Questions to ask every provider.

  • What is the price per call for each source, and does it change after your first calls?
  • When does a call become billable: after a set number of seconds, or when the caller meets criteria?
  • Is each caller sent to one agent only?
  • Where do callers come from, and what did the ad say?
  • Can you choose your states and hours, and turn calls off?
  • Can you hear the recording?
  • What happens when you report a bad call?
  • How much do you need to start, and is there a contract?

Questions.

What are final expense inbound calls?

Phone calls from people who saw a final expense ad and chose to call. The caller starts the conversation, so you are not dialing a list.

Which final expense inbound call provider is cheapest?

On published first prices, Adlux Meta calls and Final Expense TV calls are both $45. Adlux does not charge Meta or YouTube calls under 90 seconds or Connected TV calls under 60 seconds, and you can start with $225. Compare what each provider charges for, not only the price.

What is a billing buffer?

The time a call must last before you pay for it. Adlux uses 90 seconds for Meta and YouTube calls and 60 seconds for Connected TV calls. Shorter calls are free.

Are Adlux calls exclusive?

Yes. Each caller is sent to one agent only. We never send the same caller to another agent.

How do I start with Adlux?
