GabrielFinal expense agent
“Adlux Media beats them all.”
For licensed insurance agents
They call about coverage. You answer.
Choose your states, take calls on your phone and keep every conversation in your Adlux account.

A final expense inbound call starts when someone sees an ad and chooses to call about coverage. Adlux routes that conversation to an available licensed agent. You answer the phone, understand what the caller needs and decide which products you can offer.
This is different from buying a contact record and making outbound dials. It also differs from an outbound live transfer, where another caller or call center begins the conversation. With our inbound offer, the consumer initiates the call.
Each caller is sent to one agent only. The call rings your chosen phone number. You handle the conversation and any insurance application through your own sales process.
Choose the states where you are licensed. Your delivery setup also includes your hours and the call types you want to receive.
Review call details, recordings and your own notes in the portal. Record outcomes so follow-ups and reporting stay organized.
Final expense calls generated through Facebook and Instagram advertising. A caller sees an ad and chooses to get in touch.
Explore Meta calls →Calls from people who respond to final expense advertising on YouTube. You choose whether to include this source in your setup.
Explore YouTube calls →Calls from viewers responding to television streaming ads. The source has its own price and billing buffer, shown below.
Explore Connected TV calls →You can select one call type or a combination. Your wallet remains one shared balance: each billable call uses the price for its own source. Choosing a mix does not reserve a fixed number of calls from each source.
| Call type | First 10 billable calls per type | Standard price | Billing buffer |
|---|---|---|---|
| Meta | $45 per call | $50 per call | 90 seconds |
| YouTube | $55 per call | $60 per call | 90 seconds |
| Connected TV | $70 per call | $75 per call | 60 seconds |
Intro pricing is counted separately for each source. After its first 10 billable calls, that source moves to the standard price. Prices in USD.
Create your account for free. To fund call delivery, add at least $225 to your wallet. Your card is charged when you add money; billable calls then deduct from your wallet balance. A top-up is credit for calls, not a monthly software subscription.
A Meta or YouTube call that ends before 90 seconds is not charged. The Connected TV buffer is 60 seconds. Review the price and the applicable call terms in your account before going live. Reports of calls that do not meet the agreed criteria are reviewed; a credit is not automatic. Read the bad-call review rules.

Each column is an alternative use of the same budget. The totals are not combined. Assumes all 10 intro calls are available for each source, then uses standard pricing. Call availability varies.
You hold the licenses and carrier appointments you need for the products and states you select.
You can be available during your selected hours, turn calls off when unavailable and follow up where needed.
You track applications, issued policies, premium and retention. A conversation is an opportunity, not a guaranteed sale.
